1. How do I make a booking?
The booking is made exclusively via email: rezerwacje.faro@gmail.com ith minimum 48h notice before the selected date. The condition for booking is sending a voucher in .PDF format or another readable graphic (Scan, .JPG). Booking is valid after receipt of confirmation of booking acceptance.
2. Is it possible to make a booking by phone?
Yes, but only in case of groups of more than 5 people and without vouchers. In case of using the purchased vouchers, bookings are made exclusively via email (rezerwacje.faro@gmail.com). We answer emails within 24 hours.
3. Is this offer for me if I have never dealt with weapons before?
Definitely. Throughout the entire course the instructor is present, who will explain everything. Therefore, even if a person holds the weapon for the first time, it is not a problem.
4. What weapons can I shoot at the pneumatic shooting range?
Available weapon models to choose from: pistols: Łucznik, LOV; rifles: Haenel, Slavia, Łucznik, Iż.
5. What is the validity period of the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
6. Can minors take advantage of the pneumatic weapon shooting offer?
Yes, children under 15 years of age can take advantage of this offer under the supervision of the legal guardian, who will help the child handle the weapon.
7. Are minors allowed to take advantage of the firearm shooting offer?
Yes, but above the age of 12 and under supervision of the legal guardian. For children we have an individual offer tailored to the age (small calibre ammunition, less recoil and bang).
8. Can minors take advantage of the paintball offer?
Yes, but above the age of 16. Parents’ written consent is necessary.
9. Is it possible to come to the shooting range with an accompanying person?
Yes, seats are provided for the audience.
10. How many people can participate in one course at the shooting range?
There are 8 posts available at the pneumatic shooting range; however, the group may be up to 30 people. At the firearm shooting range the number of posts is adjusted directly to the number of people in the group.
11. What dress code is mandatory at the shooting range?
Pneumatic shooting range is located inside the building, whilst the firearm shooting range is in the open space (under a roof).
For the shooting range one should choose comfortable outfit and flat-sole shoes.
12. When are paintball classes and games organised?
Classes at the pneumatic shooting range are organised on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3.00 p.m. until 8 p.m. For groups of minimum 5 people the times are negotiable.
Dates of classes on the firearm shooting range and paintball games are set individually via email.
13. I have not received an email reply after 24 hours.
In such case please check whether the email was sent to a correct email address (rezerwacje.faro@gmail.com) and whether the reply from us is in the spam folder. If the message was sent correctly and you have not received a reply, please contact us by phone.
14. When redeeming a paintball voucher, can a group consist of fewer than 10 people?
Yes, a group may consist of fewer than 10 people, because the number of paintballs is determined for a given group, so a given number of paintballs is at the participants’ disposal.
15. Is it possible to buy extra paintballs on site?
Yes, one can decide to buy extra paintballs on site.
16. What happens to the booking if the weather does not allow playing paintball?
The conditions preventing from playing paintball are storms, hail, snow (in such cases another date is set for the game).
